In Awareness Our Own Doctor Awaits Us

Taking a look at what and who we are, when we get down to it, when we do not avoid our inner reality, becomes an honesty like no other. Being in the spacial texture or dimension of the sense of inner "space" that feels spacious (not vacuous but distinctly spacial, spacious, eyes closed and a sense of dimension, a non-void emptiness) can occur and be recognized as a sort of home. Many times people consider meditation as a form of being alone and a lonely experience, while long time meditators find the experience quite to the contrary. When surveyed alone vs. being surveyed while in the presence of another or others around us, scientific findings reveal that our human and “honest” answers change. When meditating we have an access to an unvarnished honesty that can arise and be discovered, and this has a bend of curiosity and value attached to it by ourselves observing this new but always been there place within ourselves.
This new bend, this new destination of our own simple awareness can become, in some ways, a doctor. On numerous occasion you can find scientific findings on the health benefits of meditation where the immune system becomes stronger, where in it's practice people report having fewer colds, flus, and other aches and pains. By taking the time awareness/meditation practitioners can finally see a whole new approach to themselves depending on their present interior reality as the guide and that indeed finding interior guidance independent and far and away from the feel of being tethered to the externals of society, physicality, and that the interior of themselves is even enthralling and a place to take flight within, without having to go anywhere but right here, right now, open and curious and a pathway or sequence that is sturdy and reliable for trustworthy insight, time and again.
This inner awareness is an endless stream, the depths of the ocean, the breadth of the atmosphere within is endless. How do we tap into our "inner doctor" answering emotional, physical, intellectual questions and needs is hardly far away. Too many of us dismiss we can even access this part of ourselves and think it is ages till we must first attain some mastery before realizing these benefits and that is simply untrue. What if it is as easy as falling off a log? The sequence to intuition and it's requirements are simply human and natural.
